Return & Refund Policy

At The Shubh Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@theshubhstore.com with your order details and reason for return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance events

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
